About the role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the company’s legal and regulatory compliance requirements. The role will be responsible for monitoring applicable laws and regulations, maintaining compliance records, coordinating with legal professionals and regulatory authorities, and ensuring that business operations follow applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain legal and compliance documentation and records. Review company policies, agreements, notices, and compliance-related documents. Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Track regulatory changes and communicate their impact to management. Support internal compliance audits and inspections. Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions. Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and regulatory requirements. Maintain compliance calendars, registers, and reports. Support the management team on legal and regulatory matters.
