Loan Facilitation

KRFS acts as a facilitator between customers and partner banks or financial institutions. Loan approval, interest rates, and loan terms are determined by the respective financial institution. KRFS does not guarantee loan approval.

Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate and complete information for loan processing and financial services. Any false or misleading information may lead to rejection or termination of services.

Fees and Charges

KRFS may charge service fees for loan assistance, financial advisory, or wealth management services. All applicable fees will be communicated before providing services.

Limitation of Liability

KRFS is not responsible for loan rejection, delays by partner institutions, or losses arising from investment decisions or market fluctuations.

Changes to Terms

KRFS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
